I add some almond paste Then I add the vegan mayonnaise. Add some xylitol. Now some lemon juice. Parsley must not be missing. Parsley has a mild taste. And he gives the dip some color. from the mill. Perfect! I put the dip in the fridge and
continue with the broccoli wings. Now I make the batter for the broccoli wings. First, I put water in the bowl. Then I give in paprika, I need a little more of it. The color and the taste is very good. I add ground nori seaweed. Nori has a fish-like taste. The whole thing creates a umami taste. A little cumin powder must not be missing. For the spicy taste. I give Tamari to it. Now I add noble yeast flakes and almond paste. The ingredients give a very spicy batter, which is very important for this recipe. I season with salt and black pepper from the mill. A nice red color, but without chili. I add rice flour. Rice flour is very important so that it becomes crispy later on when baking. Everything is well mixed but the dough should not be too firm or too liquid. You should do it exactly according to recipe! Something like that, you see? Next I cut the broccoli. You should cut the broccoli like this: It looks like a chicken wing. Not so big, like that. You should not remove the shell, otherwise it will be difficult with the dough. All pieces should be about the same size
because of the roasting time. Now I give the wings in the batter. I put peanut oil in a pan. I put half of the spelled breadcrumbs on a plate. The broccoli should be mixed well with the dough. It should look like this later. I turn the broccoli in spelled breadcrumbs. It should be all over breadcrumbs. And then you can bake them in oil. I put a paper towel on a sieve and put the oil in it. And now the oil is clean again, you can use that again. I continue. Now I can do it. If you find the dip too thick, You can dilute it with a little water. I put some arugula on a plate.
