Reporter: THIS WEEKEND THE COAST GUARD BEGINNING OPERATION PASSENGER DEFENDER, MAKING SURE COMMERCIAL BOAT OPERATORS AND PASSENGERS ARE SAFE. IN A SMALL BOAT, THE U.S. COAST GUARD PATROLLING WATERS NEAR SHORE AND IN TAMPA BAY. LOOKING FOR FOLKS THAT ARE CHARGING TO GO ON BOARD BUT MAYBE DON’T HAVE THE PROPER CREDENTIALS TO OPERATE THOSE BOATS. Reporter: LOOKING FOR ILLEGAL CHARTERS.
